Registration Fees

NO RESIDENT
fee includes: local proceedings, coffee breaks, welcome party, lunches, social dinner

RESIDENT IN SINGLE OR DOUBLE ROOM ACCOMMODATION

fee includes: three nights accommodation (single or double room) in the Conference venue (Santa Chiara), the three morning breakfasts and what included in the no resident fee

 

PLEASE NOTE: Participants who register with the double room accommodation should provide the name of the person they desire to share the room with in the "note" space of the registration form.
If no preferences are provided, then the rooms' sharing will be assigned at random.
Anyone who wishes to extend his permanence in S.Chiara after June 7th has to specify it in Note textbox in the on line form. The  availability will be confirmed by the organizing secretariat and the night in addition will be directly paid to College Santa Chiara.
The number of single and double rooms at S.Chiara is limited so please register early. In any case, no room accommodations will be assigned after June 15th

Once you have provided all your relevant personal data, you will be required to pay a registration fee, which can be done by:


- Bank transfer: proof of payment must be sent either by fax (+39 0577 232124) or
e-mail to pratali2@unisi.it . Details for the bank transfer can be found on the e-form.


- Credit card: the system automatically accepts payment online and you are therefore required to insert your credit card details in the relevant fields.

Registrations cannot be considered confirmed until payment has been received
