Résumé : Lattice spin systems are used in statistical physics to model various magnetic materials. I will first introduce some well-known models in this field and give a short review of known results, with an emphasis on the phenomenon of long-range order. I will then discuss a result on the existence of long-range order for random 3-coloring of Z^d in high-dimensions (joint work with Ohad Feldheim). Finally, I will also discuss a result of long-range order for the loop O(n) model on the hexagonal lattice (joint work with Hugo Duminil-Copin, Ron Peled and Wojciech Samotij). No background in statistical physics will be assumed and all terms will be explained thoroughly.
