Résumé : In this talk I will introduce Grassmann variables and the basic rules of Grassmann-Berezin calculus. I will then show how we can use these tools to express Pfaffians and determinants and to derive various non-trivial identities in combinatorics and combinatorial physics (deletion/contraction relation for graph polynomial, Desnanot-Jacobi identities etc.).
