Résumé : Permutation tableaux are relatively new combinatorial objects that are in bijections with permutations. They have ben introduced in the context of algebraic combinatorics and subsequently found applications in combinatorial aspects of some particle models (like PASEP). Permutation tableaux have been studied mostly by bijective methods. In this talk, I will describe a direct, elementary approach based on probabilistic interpretation of a basic construction. This talk is partially based on results obtained jointly with Sylvie Corteel.
