Algorithmes stochastiques: Etude asymptotique de l'erreur

Abstract:

A perturbation expansion technique is introduced to decompose the tracking error of a general adaptive tracking algorithm in a linear regression model. This method allow to obtain tracking error bound but also tight approximate expressions for the moments of the tracking error. These expressions allow to evaluate, both qualitatively and quantitatively, the impact of several factors on the tracking error performance.

Theme de recherche:

Dans mes travaux de recherche, je me suis intéressé à divers thèmes liés à la théorie des probabilités, à ses applications aux algorithmes, au contrôle adaptatif et aux arbres aléatoires. Dans l'ordre chronologique, j'ai étudié:

  • des algorithmes de poursuite d'un paramètre inconnu,
  • une version du théorème central limite via la dépendance faible,
  • quelques paramètres sur les arbres aléatoires,
  • les urnes et processus de Polya,
  • des processus de fragmentation,
  • la hauteur maximale d'une marche aléatoire.
